个人简介:传统发酵食品学术方向成员,主持酿酒微生物应用与检测技术泸州市重点实验室开放基金课题1项,在《Journal of Dairy Science》、《LWT-Food Science and Technology》和《Food Bioscience》等杂志发表学术论文20余篇。
