杨成聪,男,讲师,博士,1996年2月出生,湖北仙桃人。2018年毕业于湖北文理学院食品科学与工程专业,获学士学位;2025年6月毕业于内蒙古农业大学食品科学与工程专业,获工学博士学位。2025年7月进入湖北文理学院工作至今。现主要从事乳酸菌资源挖掘与利用和酿酒生物技术与应用。
